Do you like sidewalk chalk art? If you do, come for some fun to our free:

oct16chalkthewalk

6th Chalk the Walk Festival at:

Mira Mesa Rec Center

8575 New Salem St., Mira Mesa 92126

October 15th 9-4pm

How can I participate?

  • Come and watch the artists at work. Bring a picnic and enjoy the day
  • Volunteer to be an artist – all ages are welcome and we provide the chalk (free)
  • Sponsor a sidewalk square – squares are $15 or $25 for individuals and $100 or $200 for businesses, depending on the size of the square. We use the net proceeds for grants to local school art programs.

Our club is a small and successful nonprofit. We do good while having fun. We’ve been very active in Mira Mesa since 1974.

If you’d like to know more, we invite you to our monthly meeting, the Third Tuesday of the month from 7 — 9 PM at The First Baptist Church 10707 Rickert Road, just off Mira Mesa Blvd behind the Tofu House.
